Windfall Ranch Helps Us Make Happiness Happen for 9 year old Morgan!

Listener Britney reached out to the show in hopes to Make Happiness Happen for her niece Morgan. Britney is 25 years old, and she is in the process of adopting her 9-year-old niece. The adoption will be finalized in the next 2-3 months. Morgan’s father (Britney’s brother) unable to care for Morgan due to substance abuse issues, so signed over the rights to Britney as Morgan’s care taker a couple years ago. Britney does not have much disposable income, but she tries her best to give her niece Morgan the best life she can. Morgan has always dreamed of going horseback riding but due to financial reasons, Britney has never been able to afford to send her. Britney has been wanting to get horseback riding lessons for Morgan to give her something fun to do this summer so she can also be around kids her age, that's when she reached out to the show to see if we could help!

Thanks to our friends at Windfall Ranch in Alpine, that dream is going to become a reality! 

Brandy Luna from Windfall Ranch is donating 6 horseback riding lessons for Morgan to enjoy over the summer! 

Luna Equine specializes in children and adult riders wanting to learn Western or English. Steadfast in her commitment to horses and her students, she believes in horsemanship and building rider and horse enthusiasts by bringing them together to support one another! 

These lessons will take place at a time that works best for you guys and Morgan will be in a group with a couple of kids her age!
