The City Is Preparing For The First Rain Of The Season! A Flash Flood Watch has been issued for San Diego County! The first rainfall of the season is expected late tonight and will last until early Friday and the flash flood watch will be in effect until late tomorrow night. The heaviest rain is expected overnight tonight through the day tomorrow. And residents can get up to 10 sandbags per person at various locations across the city. They are also asking thatResidents with trash or recycling pickup scheduled during the rainy days place the bin two to three feet away from the curb to keep storm water flowing
