With the aftermath of all the school shootings, many kids are now being encouraged to speak out with any type of threat or suspicious activity at school. And now there is a number, an email address, and even an app that students can anonymously to report it.
The Student Speaking Out program here in San Diego was created for student to feel comfortable reporting, and you could even get rewarded.
