If I went too far, tell me. But I was shocked to log on to Facebook this morning to find that I was locked out of my account because I posted this photo as a #tbt. Now, I thought it was funny because every parents takes photos like this of their kids, right? And how horrifying is it as an adult to find these pictures?? So I post in in a joking manner, on to wake up this morning to find out I had violated Facebook policy.
According to policy,
Facebook has a strict policy against the sharing of pornographic content and any explicitly sexual content where a minor is involved. We also impose limitations on the display of nudity. We aspire to respect people’s right to share content of personal importance, whether those are photos of a sculpture like Michelangelo’s David or family photos of a child breastfeeding.”
What I find interesting, the photo wasn't blocked from Instagram, which is owned by Facebook.
What do you think? Was this photo too much for Facebook??
