Rodney, the security guard, explained that the woman had been asked to leave a party being held on one apartments in the Pinnacle on the Park building in downtown San Diego. After two men escorted her from the party and out of the building she told the Rodney that she needed a ride home. Rodney says the woman seemed "very" intoxicated.
After Rodney called a taxi service for her, the woman (who has yet to be identified) got tired of waiting and began her verbal assault on Rodney.
