Tech neck is real … and getting worse. A new survey found that 30% of women have suffered “tech neck” – strain on the neck and shoulders -- from looking down at their phone too much. And it’s gotten worse during the pandemic. 42% of respondents said they have spent more time than usual looking at their phones over the last several months and 50% admitted they spent too much time staring at their phones – checking them an average of 13 times an hour. 25% said their neck has aged “noticeably” because of all the time looking down
