A new study shows San Diego ranks number 6 on a top 10 list of the cities with the worst drivers in America.
It was conducted by QuoteWizard, which said 8 California cities ranked within the top 10.
Some of the factors considered in creating the list include the amount of speeding tickets, accidents, running red lights, and talking on the phone while driving.
