Thousands of San Diegans could be evicted after promised rental assistance from the County did not come through.
The County's website continued to process assistance applications that should have been good from April to June of this year.
But last month, tenants received a notice saying their assistance would not be paid for those months.
The Emergency Rental Assistance (ERA) was apparently only funded through March 31st, however, the County website continued to accept applications without any available funds.
