Experts Say San Francisco's 5.1 Quake Was A Foreshock, Bigger Quake Coming

The 5.1 magnitude earthquake that hit the Bay Area on Tuesday may have been a foreshock.

The earthquake near San Jose was the largest to hit the Bay Area in eight years, dating back to the 2014 Napa quake.

Dr. Kimberly Blisniuk, an earthquake expert at San Jose State University told FOX that "there is actually a 67% chance that a bigger, main shock will occur within the next week, so what we felt may have been a foreshock."
