Fox 5 San Diego says the woman was captured on video driving her car with the hatchback completely open and a missing passenger-side front tire, looking like it had just been in an accident.
When the woman finally came to a stop and was confronted by other drivers, she appeared disoriented and tried to say that nothing was wrong.
