Dog Of The Week: Meet Dolly

Dolly is a 1-year-old spayed female American Staffordshire terrier mix available for adoption at San Diego Humane Society, Escondido Campus. Dolly is a social butterfly who loves making new friends. She is a young, energetic girl who would be a great hiking or running partner, and she also likes to burn off some of her playful energy by chasing tennis balls and bringing them back to you. Dolly already knows the sit command and seems to be housetrained, and we’re sure she would like to learn more in her new home. Due to her high energy level, we think Dolly would do best in a home with older, sturdy children, and she would prefer to be the only pet in the home.

Dolly’s $95 adoption fee includes her spay, microchip and vaccinations. San Diego Humane Society’s Escondido Campus, located at 3450 E. Valley Parkway, is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. seven days a week.  For more information about Dolly and other animals available for adoption, log on to or call (760) 888-BARK.
