Five years ago, a Pennsylvania family purchased an abandoned elementary school with the intentions of converting it into a mansion, and they succeeded.
Though the sign in front of the home still reads "Perry Elementary," the former school now boasts four bedrooms, five bathrooms, an indoor basketball court, as well as space for 30 cars, the New York Post reports.
The school was built in 1965 and has been named the School House. It features an arcade and a home fitness center along with the aforementioned amenities.
Some of the bedrooms even contain the old dry erase boards from when they were classrooms.

According to the New York Post, the owners are ready to retire to the lake, and have listed the home for $2.4 million.
The home has been listed for sale since August, and there have yet to be any takers.
While the home boasts some impressive features and expands across 14,716 square feet, some social media users who came across the property on TikTok were underwhelmed with the results of the transformation.
One user noted, "Uhhh weird vibes." Another chimed in, "Don't they say schools usually have ghosts?" Others were just as creeped out by the potential of the building being haunted.
