Las Vegas PD has released a video of 93 year old Robert Thomas shooting his apartment manager reportedly over water damage. The video shows him calmly walking into the manager's office before shooting him twice.
Thomas was reportedly upset his apartment had flooded and blamed management, so he brought a 9mm to help voice his concerns. Really?!? Check out the video below
