A man caught some officers busting Uber and Lyft drivers in a sting operation
The sting targeted Uber and Lyft drivers who were picking up passengers that got rides by flagging down drivers... without using the the app. What's wrong with this? Well, if passengers paid cash for their ride, they are bypassing taxes, and undercutting taxi drivers.
