Nashville Woman Sets House on Fire Because She Wasn't Invited to Party

Woman sets house on fire because she didn't get an invite to the party

Shameka Howse was arrested and charged with arson, reckless endangerment, assault, and vandalism after setting a house on fire because she wasn't invited to the party

Metro Nashville Police Department stated that Howse and an unidentified man drove up to the house at North 29th Avenue in Nashville and started yelling about not getting an invite to the party on June 28. After not being allowed inside for the party, she proceeded to set the house on fire by pouring lighter fluid over a window and lighting it up using a butane lighter.

She and her accomplice drove off as three people ran out of the home to put out the fire. Luckily, no one was hurt from the incident.

Howse is being held on a $45,000 bond.
