Here's how to keep your avocados fresh for MONTHS using nothing but a freezer and some warm water
Instagram video uploaded by Bethany Ugarte shows how she was able to keep her avocados fresh for several months by simply freezing them.
When she was ready to eat them, she ran the frozen avocado under some warm water and let it sit to defrost and thaw for about 30 minutes. By the time she cut it open, it was in the same stage as it was if she was to eat them 4 months ago.
The key is to put avocados that are just about to ripen into the freezer.
Now, please don't go hoarding avocados right now... some of us want to eat some too.
