Taffy Jo Timm's daughter Ashley bought some conditioner from a Walmart in New Richmond, Wisconsin. Unfortunately, the conditioner had been tampered with and replaced with hair removal cream instead.
Ashley's hair began to fall out in clumps as she was showering. After the incident, Taffy and Ashley noticed that the conditioner had a pink color to it, when it would normally be white.
With the dramatic hair loss and damage, Ashley had no choice but to shave her head. The incident was reported to local police who will be looking through the surveillance tapes for clues on who the perpetrator is.
