“21 Jump Street” and "Magic Mike" actor Channing Tatum, 38, recently filed court documents asking a judge to sign off on a formal arrangement for their 5-year-old daughter Everly. He is also requesting to have custody of Everly twice a week and every other weekend as well as some one-on-one time with her on holidays.
In the arrangement, both parents should be allowed to travel within the United States without the other’s consent. Travel outside of the country with their daughter would require a sign-off by both parents. Birthdays would be more complicated since Tatum is suggesting for Everly to split her birthdays between 2 parents while Halloweens will involve both parents from 5 pm - 7 pm.
Channing Tatum and Jenna Dewan filed for divorce in October of 2018. Since then, Jenna is dating Steve Kazee while Channing is with Jessie J.
