Meghan Markle Says The Royal Family is ‘perpetuating falsehoods’

Meghan Markle and Prince Harry is ready to speak their truth in their upcoming tell-all interview with Oprah Winfrey.

In a new preview for the upcoming interview the former actress and Duchess of Sussex said that she doesn't see how the royal family could expect her and her husband to stay "silent."

"I don't know how they could expect that after all of this time, we would still just be silent if there is an active role that the Firm is playing in perpetuating falsehoods about us," Meghan said. "And if that comes with risk of losing things, I mean I — there's a lot that's been lost already."

Recently, Buckingham Palace and the Queen announced a investigation will be happening after bullying allegations against Meghan were reported by the U.K. Times.

Meghan has denied all allegations.

The interview will cover Meghan's journey from stepping into life as a Duchess, motherhood, philanthropic work, and being mistreated by the British media.

Oprah with Meghan and Harry airs Sunday at 8 p.m. on CBS.
