Part of the 101 freeway is going to be named after the local fallen firefighter Cory Iverson who was killed while battling the Thomas Fire. The fire department said, "These are truly heroes that died in the line of duty serving their communities and protecting all that we know is good and right.” Iverson left behind his pregnant wife, Ashley, and their toddler daughter. Ashley is pregnant with their second child, due in May
