Nude Yoga Is The New NSFW Trend On Instagram

Naked yoga has been a trend for a few years now, but it's made it's way to Instagram, where flexible folks are posting photos of their impressive poses in the buff. 

It was popularized by the Instagram account Nude Yoga Girl, who has been posting her own photos since 2015 and encouraging others to do the same. Many of her 660,000 followers are now putting up their own images with the hashtag #NYGYoga, spreading a message of self-love. 

Meanwhile, Nude Yoga Girl is working on an alphabet of poses:

She explained to The Cut, "Doing naked yoga is about much more than the photo. It's the positive experience of taking time to connect with yourself and celebrate your unique body."
