A 21-month-old girl, Scarlett Harris, was found dead on Monday afternoon in a Nissan Altima while her mother, Pricilla Harris, took a nap inside the home on the 10300 block of Leary Street in Tierrasanta.
New details indicate earlier on Monday around 10:15 AM, Pricilla's cousin and her boyfriend were found unconscious from a drug overdose and were taken to a nearby hospital in critical condition. The family dog was taken by the Humane Society after biting the cousin's boyfriend's ear.
According to court documents, after 2 years of marriage, the mother had recently filed for divorce from her husband, Brandon Harris on July 26.
