Surveillance video showing a former teacher grabbing a student for 50 seconds by his neck and dragging him down a cafeteria table is causing a lot of parents to cringe. The incident happened over a year and a half ago and was recently released by the school. The teacher, Tim Garner, claims that he attacked the student in self-defense. He believed that the student, who had a violent past, could have carried a weapon or head-butted him.
