Tauya Nenguke, 22, was working that day at the Eastlake Terraces drive-thru in Chula Vista, California when he noticed a 20-year-old man was having a cardiac arrest in the parking lot.
He passed his iPad over to a co-worker, ran over, instructed others to dial 9-11, and started performing CPR on the man until paramedics arrived.
Thanks to Nenguke's actions, the man was able to make it at the hospital. Nenguke believes that this experience has inspired him to attend nursing school in early 2020.
