This San Diego Grocery Store Housed Crime Ring Of Murder, Guns and Drugs

27 people are being charged with using two million dollars in food stamps to sell drugs and fund other crimes out of a grocery store in San Diego.

20 people have been arrested and seven others are wanted on 221 felony charges connected to Mike's Market in the Mountain View neighborhood.

San Diego Police say officers have been called out 160 times for violent crimes near the market, and three people were also murdered in separate cases near the store.

The District Attorney's office says store employees split two million dollars in food assistance money with customers looking to buy drugs from gang members operating out of the market.
