You can see the moon and the five planets in alignment Friday, but you might need to set your alarm.
The rare celestial occurance is supposed to come into view in San Diego at around 5 A.M.
You might be able to see the planets aligned from the horizon facing East to South.
However, if you live near the coast, early morning fog could obstruct the alignment, but forecasts say it's clear skies for the inland areas.
