Kristen's lawyer, Scott Whitehead, fired off a letter challenging the websites that have plastered pics of Kristen and Stella, along with pics of Tiger Woods, Lindsey Vonn, Miley Cyrus, and Katharine McPhee.
The pics in question show Stella in the bathroom, taking a selfie with Kristen posing naked behind her.
Whitehead claims posting the pics is a flagrant violation of copyright laws ... i.e., Kristen and Stella own their images and no one can use them without permission.
The letter follows a similar demand by Tiger Woods' lawyer. As we reported, the hacker got hold of nude selfies of Lindsey Vonn and in the set there was a naked pic of Tiger that he sent while he was dating her.
As of this post the pics are still posted.
How does this happen... AGAIN???? Now I know what you're thinking... People should be able to take naked pics of themselves for personal use or loved ones and not have to worry about hackers. Trust me, I know the hackers are 100% at fault here. But if you are famous how are you still keeping naked pics on your phone or laptop?? In a perfect world we can all send sexts and not have to worry about our junk winding up on the internet.. We don't live in a perfect world. There are terrible people who live for seeking out these celeb pics just so they can do this!
Now I can't post the link of the pics here because A)that's a terrible thing to do and b) pretty sure it's illegal. But, if you google it enough I'm sure you'll come across the pics. Oh and last reminder.... DELETE ALL NAKED PICS!!!
