So Buzzfeed totally pulled one over on me today. As I was scrolling through, I saw that their headline said Halsey identified as a black woman. That made me do a double take because I was like, "Wait Halsey was at our Summer Kick Off Concert and I saw her... She's not black." But after reading further, I found out she comes from a biracial family. She talks a lot about the awesome things with her upbringing AND the sucky things.
