A 4-year-old boy, Ryu Pena, died at a thrift store after his hooded sweatshirt got caught on a hanger attached to a wall inside the changing room and accidentally hung himself. Emergency was immediately called but once they took him to the hospital he was pronounced dead.
A GoFundMe account has been set up to help the family with funeral expenses.
