Rochester, Indiana, Mom, Brittany Ingle, attacked Alyssa Shepherd, 25, after she was sentenced to 4 years in prison for driving and hitting 4 kids, 3 of them her children, as they were crossing the street to get on the school bus
Driver, Alyssa Shepherd, 25, hit 4 kids, 3 of them siblings, 9-year-old Alivia Stahl and her 6-year-old twin brothers, Xzavier and Mason Ingle, as they were crossing the street to get on the school bus on the morning of October 30, 2018. Shepherd had sped past the bus, which had its flashing lights and signs on. The 3 siblings were fatally killed.
Alyssa Shepherd, a mom of 2 children and first-time offender, was sentenced to 4 years in prison along with 3 years of house arrest and probation. Her driver's license will also be suspended for 10 years.
After the sentencing, Brittany Ingle, who wasn't happy with the verdict, jumped on Shepherd and attacked her before she was handcuffed and charged with misdemeanor battery.
