Daniel Carney, 28, of Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania, was charged with involuntary deviate sexual intercourse of an unconscious person and indecent assault of a drunk 29-year-old bridesmaid, from Oregon, in a men's locker room at the Shawnee Inn of Smithfield Township.
The incident happened just 2 days before his wedding on August 30, 2019.
How Daniel Carney got caught
Daniel's fiancee had walked in on him taking advantage of her bridesmaid. The hotel's security cameras caught Carney taking the drunk victim into the locker room.
After a fight between the couple, Daniel's fiancee STILL married him despite the incident.
