Avery Robinson, 35, from Las Vegas, Nevada, his sister, Andrea Robinson, 40, and her husband, Daman Petrie, 44, were charged for their involvement in the viral Toontown, Disneyland fight in front of children.
Avery who was seen wearing a pink t-shirt in the viral video clip, was spit in the face, yelled 'I'm ready to go to jail tonight', and then proceeded to assault his girlfriend, his sister and his brother-in-law in a Toontown fight on July 8, 2019. He is facing five felonies and nine misdemeanors, which include domestic battery and assault with a deadly weapon, child abuse, and endangerment. The charges could total up to 7 years in prison. The other family members are facing charges as well, some also with possible prison sentences.
After the fight, one of the family members allegedly tried to use their car to hit a Disneyland employee.
