My wife Shannon was upset this weekend when she went on IG Story and realized that the GIF's option are gone! WHAT?! WHY? They're so fun!
Well I did some research today, and according to Tech Crunch, the provider of the GIF's, Giphy, had allowed a racist GIF to be uploaded on to their system. You can see the GIF here:
Snapchat confirmed: “As soon as we were made aware, we removed the GIF and have disabled Giphy until we can be sure that this won’t happen again . . . while we wait for Giphy’s team to take a look at it.”
UGH. What is wrong with people????!!!
