'Glee' Star Mark Salling Did Not Leave A Suicide Note Before Death

Despite combing through his home, car and the area where his body was found hanging from a tree, Glee star Mark Salling appeared to not leave a suicide note, as per a new report from TMZ.

Law enforcement told TMZ that LAPD officers were in the area on an unrelated matter when they spotted Salling's car and his body near a riverbed in his neighborhood of Sunland, California. As the story goes, a missing persons report had already been filed, so when cops ran the plates on his car on Tuesday (January 30) and determined it belonged to the star, they searched the area and found his body hanging from a tree.

Back in December, the actor had pleaded guilty to possession of child pornography involving prepubescent minors. Salling reportedly had 50,000 images of underage children on his computer. He was previously arrested in December 2015 on the charges. Sentencing for his case was scheduled for March, with Salling expected to receive four to seven years in prison as part of a plea deal.

Meanwhile, it looks like Salling's suicide has caused some financial disturbances as he had agreed to pay victims $50,000 each in restitution. It was all part of the late actor's plea deal. A judge was set to order the first sentence, but since he committed suicide prior to the sentence, the plea deal is incomplete and the judge has lost power to order payment for the victims.
