Throughout the summer, From May 10 - August 10th, Lolly Lane Title 1 Community Development Center, in partnership with '100 Strong' men's community organization and the 'Fresh Soil' youth mentoring program will be conducting its 3rd annual shoe drive, which provides ‘new’ closed toed shoes for economically disadvantaged youth, grades K-12. This year's shoe drive includes a decision to adopt Porter Elementary School. Shoes will also be given away to other children on a first-come-first-served basis, with verification of economic need for those who may request them through our website.
