Jose of Columbus, Wisconsin had his dog, "Chaos," stolen 2 years ago
Jose fell on hard times after he went through a divorce and was forced to live in his car. Luckily, he had a puppy that was there for him during the darkest time of his life. A friend (of a friend) offered to watch Chaos for him until he got back on his feet.
Unfortunately, the dog was never returned. Until...
Winnebago County Services found a dog that was microchipped and was reunited with Jose. Thankfully, Jose still had the same phone number!
