United Airlines Apologizes AGAIN!

United canceled a man's flight because he filmed them charging a $300 baggage fee. 

Here's how it went down! 

A United Airlines employee canceled customer, Navang Oza's ticket, apparently because he was filming her. This happened while he was checking in for a flight from New Orleans to San Francisco.  

She simply said, "cancel his reservation" as soon as she appeared to be losing the argument. Did she cancel his flight for the sake of winning an argument by abusing her power?

United responded by saying: "The video does not reflect the positive customer experience we strive to offer and for that we apologize."

"We are reviewing this situation, including talking with Mr. Oza and our employees, to better understand what happened."
