A University of Wisconsin-Stout student was pulled over by Officer Martin Folczyk for speeding near his class.
As it turns out, he was rushing to give a presentation but had no idea how to tie a necktie. The student was on his way to a friend's house in hope that he would help him with his tie... but unfortunately, his friend wasn't home.
