Husband Post Photo of Dead Wife and Child in Coffin Killed by Drunk Driver

Zach Kincaid, a father of 4, lost his 8 months pregnant wife, Krystil Kincaid, 29, and unborn baby, Avalynn Onix, on September 9th, 2018, after a suspected drunk driver, professional boxer, Marcos Forestal, from Burbank, crashed his BMW into her Chrysler minivan at 85+ mph in Hemet, California.

After the crash, Forestal, went on Facebook to live stream that a car had gotten in his way that night, not attempting to help the crash victims inside the burning car.

Forestal states in the video, 'I had an accident. Guys, look at what happened to me. Man, a car crossed in front of me. Look at my car guys.'

Forestal, who was the current World Boxing Federation International Super Bantamweight champion at the time, received a maximum of 10-years in prison for gross vehicular manslaughter while intoxicated in the State of California.

Zach shared the open casket photo of his wife and child on September 26 at the McWane Family Funeral Home in hopes that State of California lawmakers would push for stricter DUI laws and to encourage others to not drive drunk.

Zach writes on Facebook: 'How do I explain to my children this injustice. My children and I have never felt so disposable... Look at the devastation left behind that is my family and tell me it isn't time for change....imagine if this was your family... Who will fight with me for change? Who will spread this like wild fire? Who will write their representatives and demand change?? We cannot as a society look the other way any longer. Driving drunk is intent.'

'I told my 2 daughters and my 2 sons that a drunk driver killed their mom.

'The pain and anger I feel within my soul is immeasurable, my heart is broken. Until we meet again Raven…'

A GoFundMe page was created to help the family as well as a Change.org petition to help get the updated laws into effect.
